Yoga may be helpful for many conditions.Modifications provided for limited range of motion and other conditions. Easy to follow, non competitive, safe and injury. This class is suitable for beginners who have never done yoga.The class will include breathing exercises, meditation, warm ups, yoga postures and final integrative relaxation. In this class you will experience a lessening of physical contraction, leading to calm mental and energized physical state.
