Durham has dockless bike shares - You can sign up for the bike with your cell phone at the bike. You just find a bike and ride to where you want to go. There are yellow, orange and green bikes around town that you can pick up and use. Each color represents an app. Sign on to the app and use the bikes. Locate a bike in the app (or with your eyes, use the app to unlock the bike, ride to your destination, and lock it. Make sure it is upright and not blocking the public way (driveways, sidewalks, crosswalks, bus stops, parking spaces- it’s that simple.
